McDonald’s Victoria Cake

With Roma coming to visit tomorrow and time ticking before this Anthropology final, I decided to procrastinate by baking victoria cake. I justified it by saying it came from a ready-mix, so it wasn’t that much procrastinating. Anyway, I realized halfway through it that I needed milk for the mixture, which I did not have, and which I was too lazy to run to Sainsbury’s for. But, there was still that unfinished McFlurry from earlier, so, yes, I substituted milk with a McFlurry, because that’s what all gourmet chefs do, didn’t you know? All I’ll say is that Paula Deen has got some competition. Sugar-wise.
